1. Chlorine trap In order to prevent the power supply of the chlorine compressor or Nessler pump from being cut off and causing chlorine overflow in the electrolytic cell, one of the following measures should be taken for the chlorine trap: the chlorine production system of the chlorine trap should be installed with a chlorine absorption device to prevent chlorine overflow; Equipped with chlorine compressor, Nashi pump outlet chlorine interlock valve or check valve; Chlorine eliminator shall be equipped with electrolytic DC power supply, chlorine compressor, outlet valve of Nessler pump, startup power supply of chlorine absorption device and other devices interlocked with power supply of chlorine compressor and Nessler pump. 2. Chlorine trap Hydrogen content in the main pipe ≤ 0.4%. Hydrogen content of tail gas after chlorine liquefaction shall be ≤ 4.0%. The pressure for filling liquid chlorine shall not exceed 1.1 MPa. The liquid chlorine filling volume in the liquid chlorine storage tank, metering tank and vaporizer shall not be more than 80% of the container volume. After liquid chlorine filling, measures shall be taken to prevent the pipeline from being closed with liquid. Liquid chlorine in chlorine gas collector shall not be filled into liquid chlorine cylinder.
3. The chlorine trap, precooler, heat exchanger and other equipment shall be equipped with blowdown (NCl3) devices and sewage treatment facilities, and the NCl3 content shall be regularly analyzed. The NCl3 content in the sewage shall not be greater than 60 g/L, otherwise, the number and amount of blowdown shall be increased, and monitoring shall be strengthened.
